In a typical Japanese summer, a cool plate of sashimi is especially appealing when it's hot outside.
Of course we have something to recommend to meet the summer time! You can try: kingfish, sea bass, abalone, sea urchins, shrimp, eel, conch, sea cucumber, sea squirts...etc. Don't forget the best taste for Summer is the sea bass family.

Took the family out for Asian and sushi. I ordered the sushi and sashimi deluxe meal with an amazing presentation sitting on a bed of rice noodles on top of ice with a blue lighted ornament in the ice. The other dishes that the family ordered were nice sized portions which resulted in leftovers for lunch the next day. Most of the food was delicious. I ordered a tuna roll that was different from what I'm used to as it seemed to be ground up tuna with sesame seeds inside. I enjoyed it! Overall a good experience

I live in Clarksburg so I always come to the Red Bowl restaurant. This time, I called to order take out 18 minutes before they were closing and I'm glad they still accommodated my order. My husband and I ordered the sashimi platter with 22 pieces, Dynamite roll and Rock and Roll. They were fresh and delicious! The portions aren't huge, but generous enough. It was a good dinner! Will definitely order from here again.

If you haven't try their beef noodle soup and thai tea you really need to give it a go! The restaurant is definitely underrated. The owners couple are the nicest people I've ever met. They didn't market their dishes enough so let me share my experience!
Unlike powder Thai tea beverages elsewhere, they brew the tea in house. You can request to adjust to the sweetness level you desire. I am really hooked after the first try. It was so refreshing!
Also, the beef noodle soup is authentic and cooked right to the point. My limited vocabulary cannot describe how good it is, you just have to try for yourself!
